A figure blinded and broken, held together with only tape, reapplied again and again. The temptation to remove the veil is almost maddening but what will remain after the unveiling? If the figure is to see the true world, will it change them or will they just reapply the tape once more, going back to the safety and comfort of their known world. Ultimately, there will come a day when there will be nothing to cover the truth of things and we will have to stare truly into what we have created and what we have caused. The truth is there, we just have to remove the veil to see it. The truth is not unreality because we don’t see it, the truth is always there, we just have to take responsibility for it.
