'Heiwa' translated from Japanese means Peace or harmony. Heiwa is the clarity of youth, the black and white nature of certainty when first introduced into the world. The unbridled surety and peace this creates is both pure and naive. Influenced by both Japanese characters and traditional architecture, Heiwa’s movement is deeply expressive, flowing like water around the structured form of the face.
